Birth Your Trademark™ USPTO Trademark Includes: • 30-minute Discovery Call (Via phone or zoom) • Comprehensive Trademark Clearance Search • 30-minute Follow-up Call regarding search results • USPTO Trademark Application Submittal A contract must be signed by both parties and a project questionnaire must be completed before project execution. There will be a total of 2 sessions, each session will be the duration of 30-minutes. Note: $850.00 is a one-time flat rate. Fee is for consultant services and USPTO Trademark office are included. This is a full service, not DIY.
