Service Description

Birth Your Trademark™ State Trademark Includes: - 30-minute Discovery Call (Via phone or zoom) - Comprehensive Trademark Clearance Search - State Trademark Application - Application Submittal A contract must be signed by both parties before project execution. There will be a total 1 discovery call, the consultation will be the duration of 30-minutes. $150.00 is a one-time flat rate. Fee is for consultant services and includes fees payable to the State entity. Note: USPTO Trademark services are not included, both will remain a separate provided service (please see our additional booking services).

Cancellation Policy

1 courtesy cancelation allowed, 2 or more cancelations will incur a new booking fee.
